The Campus Services Scholarship recognizes students who have made a meaningful impact on the Institute community through leadership, scholarship, and service. Scholarship recipients demonstrate a purposeful and sustained commitment to building campus community and enhancing student life through their involvement in a program, activity, or initiative. Scholarship awards range from $3,000 to $5,000.

2026 Campus Services Scholarship Winners

Kelley Collier

Kelley Collier was recognized with a Campus Services Scholarship for his outstanding leadership and dedication to strengthening student engagement at Georgia Tech. Through his work in the Student Government Association, including his role as Vice President of Operations, Kelley has helped improve organizational effectiveness by enhancing onboarding, strengthening internal processes, and supporting collaboration across committees. One of his most meaningful contributions was drafting legislation to establish the SGA Congressional Black Caucus, creating a formal structure to strengthen communication between student leaders, student organizations, and the broader campus community. Through his leadership, Kelley has helped foster a more connected, responsive, and student-centered environment at Georgia Tech.

Arthi Devineni

Arthi Devineni was recognized with a Campus Services Scholarship for her outstanding leadership and commitment to building community for women pursuing business at Georgia Tech. Through her work with the Society of Women in Business, where she served in leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, she helped grow the organization into a thriving and highly visible community that supports students through professional development and networking opportunities. Among her many contributions, Arthi played a leading role in strengthening the organization’s corporate partnerships and securing funding to expand its impact. Her efforts helped support workshops, recruiting events, mentorship programming, and a student trip to the Harvard Women in Business Conference, making valuable professional opportunities more accessible to her peers.

Arthi Devineni

Sujan Ganesh Kumar

Sujan Ganesh Kumar was recognized with a Campus Services Scholarship for his outstanding leadership and commitment to building community within Georgia Tech’s Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) program. As President of the Georgia Tech chapter of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE), he expanded opportunities for students to connect, develop professionally, and engage more deeply with the department. Among his many contributions, Sujan helped relaunch the in-person Lean Green Belt certification program, organized collaborative events across ISyE student organizations, and supported mentorship opportunities that connected underclassmen with student leaders and alumni. Through his leadership, he has helped create a stronger and more connected ISyE community for students at Georgia Tech.

Nikhil Majmudar

Nikhil Majmudar was recognized with a Campus Services Scholarship for his outstanding leadership and commitment to improving student life at Georgia Tech. Through his work with the Tech Dining Safety Squad and as Vice President of Campus Services in the Student Government Association, Nikhil has helped strengthen campus services through student-centered advocacy and operational improvements. His efforts have included advancing allergen safety practices in dining, supporting staff training and assessment tools, and helping elevate student perspectives in discussions about campus services and commuter student engagement. Through his leadership, Nikhil has helped make campus spaces safer, more responsive, and more supportive for students.

Nikhil Majmudar

Ryan Takayama

Ryan Takayama was recognized with a Campus Services Scholarship for his outstanding leadership and commitment to building community through Outdoor Recreation Georgia Tech (ORGT). Through his involvement with ORGT, Ryan led numerous adventure trips, mentored newer student leaders, and helped create opportunities for students to connect, build confidence, and engage with the outdoors. As Vice President of Backpacking, he also supported the planning and coordination of trips, trainings, and staff development while helping improve equipment and resources that expanded access to outdoor programming. Through his leadership, Ryan has helped create meaningful experiences that support student wellbeing, personal growth, and connection at Georgia Tech.

Selection will be based on the applicant’s role in and impact on a Georgia Tech program, service, activity, or initiative that has significantly contributed to student life and strengthened campus community.

  • The program’s contribution to community building and student engagement

  • Application deadline: Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 11:59pm
  • Application review period: March 16 – 18
  • Candidate notification: March 19
  • Virtual Interviews: March 30 – April 1
  • Scholarship recipients notified: April 2
  • Recipient recognition: Up with the White & Gold ceremony on April 13, 4:00 – 6:00pm

 

Applicant Requirements

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Must be a current Georgia Tech undergraduate or graduate student, at least a second-semester freshman, and enrolled for the 2026–2027 academic year
  • Completed application submitted by March 15, 2026
  • Must be a student in Good Standing

Additional Application Elements

  • Short-answer responses as part of the application
  • One letter of recommendation from an on-campus faculty or staff reference who can speak to the applicant’s character, leadership, commitment to campus community building, and role in the relevant program, service, activity, or initiative
  • Finalist interview: Selected finalists will participate in an additional 20–30 minute interview with the scholarship committee
